Enamored Essentials soaps are final sale due to being personal hygiene products. We kindly note that all soaps are crafted by hand and may vary slightly in size and appearance. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to Vanessa at enamoredessentials.co@gmail.com as soon as possible to explore a resolution. In some cases, a replacement may be sent. In the rare circumstances that a refund is granted, the original payment method will automatically be reimbursed. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or credit card company. Enamored Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
